EVTMs (Electrical & Vacuum Troubleshooting Manuals) for most Ford vehicles can be found new through Helm at www.helminc.com or try ebay for used ones. The Helm # for the vehicle you noted is FPS1212990, still available for $30.00 USD, [on a print to order basis] plus S&H. Perhaps someone on this site might have one they no longer need? While there may be some differences, a 1989 or 91 book may provide the information that you need.
