1995 6cd changer "no cd" message
G'day all, I have a 1995 Ford Explorer. A while ago, my cd changer stopped working and I'm stuck on what to do. When I put in a cd or cds, the changer just scans or cycles through and then gives me a error message saying "no Cd". How can I fix this? Is it electrical or do I need something else? Cheers - Kiwi

factory ford cd trouble
Your problem is very common in the factory cd player. Your solutions are; send the unit back to ford for repair ( about $300.00) or buy a new aftermarket unit (also about $300.00) I would avoid buying a unit out of a junked car or off ebay as your problem is very common in factory units.
