91 A/C Problem and steering
I have a 91 xlt 2wd with a couple of problems, number 1 is that my a/c blows real cold, but it doesn't seem to cool the entire van down, might I have a bad blower motor? Also, at low speeds, when I turn the wheel slowly, I get a small amount of shaking when the wheel gets about 3/4 of the way over. The steering only started when I got the van back from the dealership when they replaced the oil pan. Any ideas/suggestions?

For problem 1 my experience is that the a/c doesn't really cool an entire van down, (the experience is actually from a E150 but...) If when you select a speed for the blower it definately changes, and when on high you feel a good ammount of flow comming from the vents I'd say the blower is fine. If it doesn't seem to change speed with the switch position you have a problem somewhere in the resistor block/blower motor circuit, and if flow seems to be low, but you have distinct speeds your blower may be worn out, or you could have high resistance in somewhere in the circuit.

The weather around here has started to get hot, and I am envying those who have functional A/C systems in their vans, single or double.
