bed and door pricing
I have a 67 shortbed (styleside) and am wanting to replace the bed and the doors because some idiot put two diffrent models on it. About how much can I expect to spend on these replacements? I don't mind having to some minor body work as long as the inner components on the doors work and the floor of the bed is not rusted and sagging. Also, 68-72 beds, is the only diffrences the hole on the side for the light. If I were to fill those holes could it look like a 67?

New doors are about $150, though for that price I suspect the metal is much thinner then the OEM steel. I would try for nice used doors. The 1" OEM hinges attach to pretty hefty plates inside the OEM doors.
A bed would be mucho dinero new if you built it from parts. I would build a step side with new fiberglass fenders ($700 a pair) and steel if I did that. A good used bed is about $300.
