I have a 1991 F-150 4X4, with a 5.0, 302.
I have done the following to it:
New Spark Plugs
New Wires
New Vacuum Lines
New Air Filter
New Fuel Filter
New Dist. Cap
New Coil
New Rotor Button
Now the problem is that even after I have done all this, the truck is still "missing" when the engine is warm. It is not a vibration, is it a miss. When the truck is idling it runs fine, when you "rev" up the motor it does fine. When you are driving, and cruising along motor begins missing, but when you step on the gas and the truck goes into "passing gear" it goes like a bat out of heck, with no miss, but as soon as the slow down and cruise and try to keep up a good speed, it begins missing. It seems as if the motor is loading up. Like it is flooding even though it is not carburated.
i am having the same problem only mine has gotten worse it stalls while it is idiling. i am told it is the mass air flow sensor .does anyone agree.please help.
THANKS

HELP HELP HELP
I would do this in the following order.
Put a bottle of Fuel Injector cleaner in a Full Tank of gas. Test it.
Put a new Fuel Filter. Test it.
Replace the Ignition Module. Test it.

I would clean your IAC (Idle Air Control solenoid) if it has one. Clean it with a throttle body cleaner and a brush, clean the spot where you remove the IAC from the Throttle Body. If that does not work, replace the IAC.
Also, even tho you have new wires, check to see you're not getting crossfire. Keep wires separated as much as possible, listen for "snapping" noise of spark crossfire under the hood, and in a dark garage, mist wires lightly with a spray of water, and look/listen for sparks. Even tho my wires ohm'ed out OK, I was getting some crossfire from them.
