There is a special, U-shaped tool (Looks like a bent peice of wire) that fits into two holes at once, and you use two of the tools. These disengage clips which will then allow you to pull the radio straight out. You need to buy the tools, maybe at an Auto-Zone, or a Stereo installation shop. All late model Fords use the same tools.
you just need to use all four holes to disengage all 4 clips. I had to shove the special tools in, and then push the ends outwards to get the radio to come out. Then just unhook everything on the back and you're done.
