Mail order problems
Hey everyone, I want to tell you about problems I've had with truckaddons.com. About a month ago, I ordered Rancho shocks for my truck from them, and they sent the wrong ones. They have a procedure for returns that I followed exactly, twice, and I haven't heard from them at all. When I call, I get shunted to a recording. These people show absolutely no interest in making it right. If you are looking for parts, I STRINGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT USE TRUCKADDONS.COM.
