Can someone help me please

I just bought a 1994 Ford Explorer yesterday and the way back right speaker is busted.... I was wondering if anyone knew how to take off the casing so i can replace the speaker ?

If you are refering to the sub... then you will have to remove the entire rear panel to get at it.

is it 2 door or 4 door

it is a 4 door and yes it is the sub in te back

If I understand your question correctly... you already have the speaker box out of the truck.... I don't know if you can replace just the speaker since I don't have one.... but personally what I would do would be to just replace the entire thing.... you can pick one up from e-bay for pretty cheap.
