Temperature control problem!
I just purchased a 1997 Explorer XLT, and when I turn the vent on in any position, and the temp. control all the way to the cold side, it constantly blows hot air. Any ideas were to look to fix the problem?

I had a simular issue with my 95' except it didn't do anything when I turned the ****. I had a vacuum line that sliped off, their was a black ball looking thing that was attached to the fender well (engine bay side) that had a line that came off and was floating around....I would check all line going to the ****.
