A/C and alignment

Wondering if you can help. My a/c only works on high. If I turn the **** to any other position nothing comes out, but on high it is not that cold. If I turn it and nothing comes out and leave in that position for a minute and then turn it back on high, it's cold for about a minute. I checked the freon level and it is full. What is going on. Also my alignment is off. It pulls to the right. Took it to NTB and they initially aligned the truck, but after 3 months it is off again. Technician said everything is in spec and he can't align it anymore because he has it as far as it can go. Check tires for proper inflation already. What parts can be changed out to give more adjustability? This is a 97 f-150 with a 3 inch body lift and 4 inch pro-comp suspension lift on 36 inch tires. Sorry for such a long post, but I need help. Thanks

The blower motor resistor controls fan speed, a blown thermal resistor will cause all circuits open except high.

If the camber is off, kits can be purchased through Ford or the aftermarket to provide adjustability. Surprised that the alignment guy didn't bring this up.

The blower motor resistor is in the fuse box right? Where do I find the thermal resistor? Part numbers, location in truck. Need to get A/C working. It is getting hot! Thanks...
