where could I get a snorkel intake for my ford pickup?

You can try to adapt a snorkel from a HMMV to your pickup, but you will probably need more than that if you plan to do any real deep-water fording. Check out this kit for a HMMV:

In addition to the air intake and exhaust pipes, you should also protect other things, like vents for the differentials and transmission, fluid fill tubes, and electrical connections.

Same here. all it does is gives the illusion that you can go in deeper water than you really should, only thing I thought about doing if I could make it work was knock out the other plug on the driver side of my core support and mount my spare fresh air duct and run a mustang dual snorkel air cleaner.
