Locking torque converter on E4OD
I read a thread once a while back about wiring up a switch so's you could lock up your torque converter at will. Seems like it might be handy if you were slogging up a long grade pulling something heavy and you were in 3rd gear. But what if it decided to shift (up or down) while the converter was locked? Wouldn't that do some transmission damage? Anybody done this?
