question about No Limit

Hi guys!
I was wondering if anyone has experienced any similar issues with nolimit engineering.
I ordered some parts for my truck 2 weeks ago. When I ordered them, they told me that they would be shipping "tomorrow" I have since called them twice, and have gotten the same reply: "tomorrow". I am ready to call them, and if my order hasnt been sent yet- cancel my order with them. I just want to know if anyone has had this problem with them, or if it is just one of those things that happens.

What would YOU do?

I understand that sometimes the parts arent in, or they take some time to get to the shop to be shipped, but damn! Im getting tired of the runaround.

(end rant)

If I was in a hurry I would call them and tell them to be straight with me. Sounds like they may have sold something that was out of stock. No excuse but easy mistake to make. Most small businesses that offer good prices have at least one less employee than they really need and make some errors.

No Limit is good people. Tell them they will improve their chances of gaining a long term customer if they tell you the truth now.

I usually get stuff from them in a mattter of days like clock work. However, when I ordered a steering joint I got the next day and it has been shipped quite a few times then I canceled the order. Called IDIT and they said the part was on back order from the manufacturer, all in all it still took a while to get the part. No limit is has been very relaible for the past 10 yrs.

I ordered 2 steering joints, and a column drop.

Ill just wait and see. Every day I dont have the parts, is another day my truck sits at the shop, and not home with me. The Volare setup is all done, engine in, but Im still waiting to attach the steering, so I can haul her home.

Ill post when it finally arrives....tick, tock, tick, tock, tick.....

55,

I've ordered from them a couple of times and had no problems. This is probably an "out of stock" problem as 'fenders suggested, but they should admit it if that is the situation instead of keeping you hanging...

Well,
I received my package today, and am VERY satisfied with the packaging, the parts, and the customer service. My items were shipped on the 28th, and received on the 29th.

I will DEFINITELY be going with these boys again.

Thanks for the replies!
