Window will not roll up!!!

Earlyer today my front drivers side window will not roll up. With the truck off, when i try to roll the window up i hear a clicking noise near the fuse panel. I cant check to see if the fuse is burnt out, because i aint got no owners manuel. If anyone has any advise, i could deffently use it.

I would just go through all the fuses and check them, I mean, it can't hurt.

Tried all of the fuses!!!

I tried all of the fuses. They all looked fine and clean. I then checked the relays and noticed that the second relay from the top is very hot. I clicked the down button and i could hear a clicking from the relay. When i press up on the window i do not hear anything in the fuse box. again this is a 99 expedition 5.4 liter. I took the relay out and NO power windows work. I do not have an owners man. so i cant tell the fuse layout. Is is possible that the relay is bad? or is the fuse circut bad?
