The easiest way is to remove the battery and unbolt the coolant tank. The hose on the coolant tank is long enough to let u put it on the airbox. I put a string around it and the hood spring to hold it. There are two 10mm nuts on the back of the turn signal lenses that need to be removed. Then the two screws under the hood on the trim need to be removed. That'll allow you to pull the corner/turn signal assembly out after removing the bulbs. Then you can unscrew the adjustment screws that hold in the headlights to remove them, there are three.

under the hood .... located directly above the headlights..is a "post" that extends an inch or more above the crossmember...it goes down in the direction of the headlight assy.....there is a slot that the post goes through...located below the gross member but above the headlight assy....it can be positioned either to the right or left in the slot

?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????/

4mm hex socket to adjust the the lights

I just did this April 26 2004, today is the 29th.

You can also pop the clips, its a two handed job, pry out with a small flat screwdriver and pull up all at the same time.

I bought a set of clear Diamond headlights for the price of one new FOMOCO unit. Same with corner lights and clear turn signals.

Broke the rt headlamp door, $38.00 from FORD, I got one new from Midstates Aftermarket Little rock Ark for $26.00 delivered to my front door..
