Remove rear right rotor

Does anybody know how to get off the rotor of a 99 Ford Explorer? I can't figure it out.

I have attached a picture of my wheel/rotor. Does getting off the rotor have something to do with that middle piece on the front of the rotor in the middle of the studs?

hey ur pic is bluury but it looks like you have locking washers sound the studs if it does pull them off and the rotor should pop off no it does not have anything to do with the thing in the middle it is the axle shaft hope this helps nice to see someone that uses 2 jacks for safety hope this helps

around the bolts that stick out that the lug nuts go on if they are not thier it means that it is rusted to the axle and you would have to give it a good wack with a rubber mallet to break it loose

ok, great, that worked. Now that I have the rotor off, how do I get the hub off? I need to replace a stud that broke when I was taking off a lug nut.
