knocking 429
I have a 429 that has a knock in the bottom end. could it be fixed by replacing the bearings.

i wouldnt see why not if your top end is good heads pistons and rings are tight id take the crank out have it reground put new rod and crank bearings in and id say it would be good to go

Thats good news to hear. I'll go ahead and put new rings in it too. I'll see what kind of funds I have. Thaks alot man!

yeah if you put new rings in make sure you have your block honed as well other then that im sure it would be fine becayuse everything would be tight int he crank again
