Educate me
Ive been doing some research on the inline magnafine trans filter. Does anyone here use this product? Are you happy with it? Do they ever clog? And the install, seems pretty easy from what ive read. Just clamp it onto the rubber return line which is 5/16? Any info at all on this product would be great.

I've got one, and I think it's working well for me. Mine is installed inline to a tranny cooler line, and replacement is a 10 minute job. 5 minutes of that is removing the grille to get a better shot at it. All it collects is metallic particles, so it doesn't replace the filter inside the tranny, but does act as an auxiliary. I replace mine every 15000 miles, as preventive maintenance.
