Dana 50 or 60

Can someone tell me when ford went to the dana 60 on there frontend. They started out with a dana 50 then went to 60. What year did they do this. Thanks for the help

Some earlier models 00 or 01 may have the 60. The axle code is on a sticker that is attached to the axle.

The door sticker has the axle codes also.

DRW have always had the D60. It wasn't until '02 that the SRW trucks got it too.
