First thanks for the help on my cruise control.
Further.
I have located the BPA switch and am thinking of just going ahead and replacing it as it doesnt look too expensive. However how does one remove this swithch. I worry about too much pressure breaking things and those darn little plastic catches or clips that can break if not done properly.
I much prefer nuts and bolts.
Much thanks and if there are any bear traps in removing this thing please let me know.
The prake pressure switch just screws into the end of the master cylinder. It should take a 9/16 wrench. It should just be snug, not really tight.
The connector comes by pressing the clip (I think that's what yours uses but it might not) then pulling. It shouldn't take much force either.
It's a quick, easy job.
