battery light is on

Exclamation battery light is on
i have a problem with my charging system. the alternator has been bench tested and the batteries are fine the tech did find that there is no power to the orange wire that plugs into the back of the alteernator. any idea as to the problem

Just Letting You Know What Was Wrong. My Psd Is Wired For The Dual Alt. So There Is Two Fuses And They Were Both Blown. Thanks Anyway
