Engine ID,, Need a little help

Hey guys some where, I think it was on this site, I read a post from a guy that was a Int'l tech. He would take your engine s/n and check it to see if it had any mfg problems.. Does anyone know who he is or where I might find him.

I am in need of a little input here..

Select search from the toolbar, then select advanced search. In the search by user name type "International Tech". Then you can read all his posts or e-mail him if he has it selected.
