Ok,maybe I should have said a show that somewhat reflects reality, dont get me wrong I liked the A-Team,and Miami Vice,Hee-Haw and those kind of shows also but M.A.S.H. hit home on alot of real Issuses, like when Col Blake was finally on his way home and never made it.I cant believe M.A.S.H is losing
MASH was ok, and it did have some poignant moments that made you think. But I notice that it is part of the 70s genre of military movies where the leadership are incompetent fools. I'm thinking about movies like MASH, Kelly's Heros, Weekend Warriors, and Stripes. These types of movies seem to have been prevalent until the mid 80s when Heartbreak Ridge came out. After that the military seems to have been portrayed in a different, more capable light. Or am I the only one who notices this?
MASH was awesome. Guess I'm the only 16 y.o. in this state that watches it...reruns of course......
I do particularly like the jeep (the WWII flatfender not the other 2-3 m38's)
However, anyone ever notice It's a Ford Jeep? It has a square u channel front x-member, and the L4 134 motor is painted gray. Then there's the indented tool box lids etc.....Can you tell I'm into this?
I always liket potter better than blake. Trapper john is better than BJ by far. No one can replace Radar. It's a hard decision of who was better at being a complete idiot or pomp Charles Emerson Winchester III or Frank Burns.....I think frank was better to pick on though....I think Hot Lips knew every general in korea....I'll leave it at that.
I love the episode where klinger tries to get out again buy thereatening to set himself on fire after being douced w/ gasoline. Potter takes him into his office but he smelled no gas. He secretly sent radar off to put gasoline in his water can....potter and klinger come back out and potter says no. Then klinger dumps the can on his head and said: "Who put Gasoline in my gasoline!" Funniest damn thing ever

Only a True Blue (Oval) Ford Man, would notice things like that!
