Wondering Why

Hi All;
Got an e-mail today saying that my album has been hidden. The msg states:

"The main listing is meant to showcase Ford trucks, vans and suvs only. Albums
of parts, procedures, diagrams, graphic images, non-trucks, etc., should be
kept hidden."

I'm not sure what I did wrong, all the pics are of *my* truck, it really is mine of 25yrs.

Is it because the rear corner of my <non-Ford type but American made> car is in one of the pics? A reference to after-market performance parts? Or because my black leather jacket is on the seat? Or a reflection of me in the rear window?

Can't send a msg to the admin because I am one of those newbies.

Michelle

Michelle,

I just viewed your gallery - no problems accessing it at all.

Nice truck, BTW. You must baby that thing - 80,000 miles in 25 years?

Looks great.

Hi MudLord
The album wasn't removed, it was just moved out of the regular gallery section, like if you did a search on '79's, it won't show up. No problem really, just wanted to show my truck but would like to know why I got the e-mail and the album moved.

People that know me would say that I am definitely a non-conformist, (that's putting it mildly), and have pretty strange ideas, so I'm thinking, 'wow, 1wk and already I'm breaking rules, how long before I get booted?'. Sometimes being 'yourself' comes at a pretty high price. (I won't go any further with that one right now)

Actually, it has 132000Km on it, which is pretty close to 80,000mi. I drive about 10,000Km/year regular driving, about 6000mi. The truck did regular service for about 10yrs and was laid up for a year until we built the garage. Then it was given a major restore and hasn't seen regular use or winter use since. Just my little toy and I do most of the work on it but I have had some great instructors over the years. I drive it about 1000Km/yr now, just for fun.

I thought of selling it last year because I need to raise some $$, ended up putting $4K on my line of credit instead. Sure glad I didn't sell.

Have to go, I'm at work

It is because the pic must be of the Whole truck like you would put in a calendar.

You out what looks like a upgrade pic of your back window or bed.

Most people don't the difference bewteen :
an Album <> Gallery
or
from a Hidden Album to Gallery Page album

It could even be the order the pics are stored, or the titling.

I took the liberty of changing it to conform to the guideline's.
Maybe have a look now.
