Question eng using oil

I Have A 94 F-250 Gas Eng.that Was Rebuilt. It Has Approx. 6000 Thousand Miles On Rebuild And Still Uses 1 Quart Of Oil Every 300 To 400 Miles. The only thing the Mechanic Did Not Put The Oil Cooler Back On.would This Cause It To Burn Oil

Welcome to FTE!!! This is the FE engine section. Did you mean to post this in the 429/460 section? Just let me know and I will move it for you.

No the oil cooler being removed will not cause it to use oil.do you ever see smoke when it starts?
