Do you guys like the color? I am thinking of painting mine that same green, except the bottom would be wimbeldon white instead of the lighter green. I want an original color that screams 70s (plus it matches the mung we get on our cars in the NW if you don't wash 'em for awhile
Wow, that's the same number of miles on my odometer! Well... if it could have an extra digit mine would a '1' there while that one would have a '0.'
Just look at that wood trim and the dash... there's no way it could've been stored outside. And the exterior trim - I've never seen it any color except for faded gray! The silvering on the dash is still there. And the wood in the bed cover is still tan too. That's car museum quality, there.
Edit: And in the engine compartment, so many parts that I've only seen come in rust color. And I knew there was supposed to be a tube running from the intake to the side of the engine!

I know almost exactly where that truck is!! It's here in NC, but it's in the mountains, too bad Sylva is about 4 hours from here, but I've been in that town some.
Somebody must have never driven that truck in the winter there, because almost all trucks that old I've seen in that area are eat up with rust, I usually make one trip a year up there. I used to have a girlfriend up there, and her father had a couple of junkyards, and most of the trucks he had in them are just "holey" rust hulks.
Would be nice if we can get alot of super quality high resolution pics inside and out of the entire thing for a reference when rebuilding our own trucks.

Those colors look to be boxwood green and new lime. I have the same colors on my sport custom, except I have green upper and lower with the lighter color on the hood and upper body.
That is one NICE looking 70.... But im still partial to mine..What can I say..After you owned something for 32 years....I do wish mine had the wood grain on it..-Russ
