compressor wheel
How hard would it be to install a new compressor wheel? How much will it help the truck with turbo lag/stall? I've looked into it but don't know how much it would help a truck. My truck has 4" exhaust, intake, scmt chip, and gauges; I am really looking for my next upgrade.

The install is not real hard and my Wicked Wheel took care of my turbo surge. But other than the fun new turbo noise, that's pretty much what the new wheel does - no new performance increase - other than not having to let off the throttle due to the surge.
If you have surge, I'd definitely suggest one - but if you're just looking for another upgrade I'd have to say to save your money for a BB turbo.
