looking for the fusebox diagram for 1991 ford explorer. Bought car used and has no manuel.
And is their a fuse that keeps motor from starting? Keeps cranking but doest start. Installed radio and now it won't start.

Could you have tripped the fuel shutoff switch when you were installing the radio? It's located in the passenger footwell under the carpet near where the glove box is.

You don't need power distribution box picture, its cover contains all necessary labels.

But before you ever go in investigating blown fuses, try to check inertia switch as Mason said. Here is the link on its complete description:
