vacuum cap

allright i was just wonder,ing if u have a vaccum intake cap missing and u cover the hole, and it doesnt completely seal, will u lose some gas mileage to that?

Maybe a bit, depending your driving and the road conditions as well as how bad the leak is, but driveability issues would be on my mind before mileage. Fix the leak, if you have one.

shoot i thought i replied to this already
well the thing is it's not really a lakea, well it is but the only reason there is a leak is cuz i couldnt plug the hole all the way properly, any ideas were i can get some new vacuum caps???

Ford, NAPA, Schucks, Autozone, junkyard. In the meantime, you can use a piece of rubber hose with the end plugged.

yeah true dat, welll it is plugged decent right now, i will go to autozone on friday or thursdayish and im assuming that these plugs are fairly cheap!
