Flywheel identification

I have a 74 bronco that has had a newer engine installed by a previous owner and it has a vibration at just off idle on up. The flywheel that I removed has the following numbers: Stamped C5AE-E and C7TE-E and a J by itself. Also it has a casting number of 3G9. It is a 164 tooth flywneel. Can anyone shed some light on if this is an old 28oz. imbalance wheel or a newer 50oz. wheel??

It's from the 70s, if it was a 50 oz. the weight is about 5in long while the 28 oz. is about 1in. wide 1/4-3/8 deep and 21/2-3 in long.
