I got mine for $180.00 from the dealer: Two workshop manuals, a wiring manual, and one on powertrains. These cover all F Series and Excursions.
If you get the parts manuals also, expect to pay a total for all at $600.00!

eBay seems to have a number of auctions for Ford manuals. Some are on CD. Especially older (pre-2000-ish). Some are on DVD.
The auction I was bidding on was for two DVD's published in March 2004 and good until June 2004 (3 or 4 months). I paid $31 + $5 shipping. From the description, the DVD's are the dealer shop manuals covering 2001 thru 2005 vehicles (all ford and lincoln).
Now... these manuals timeout. Unless you're going to keep buying them you need to set the time back on the computer on which you use them.
I'll report back to the group when the arrive. There's still some of them for sale on eBay. $30 is pretty cheap to take a chance on something like that.
