lost the battle
my truck lost the battel the truck was over heating last time i posted reason the block was cracked at the thermostat housing the bottom bolt was loose and it wont tighten tried everything

Are you sure you can't get the crack fixed? Before you send it to the big garage in the sky check with your local machine shops. You may be able to pull the motor, strip it down and get the block fixed.
A machine shop can also fix the bolt hole. If you kiss off the block you can probably find a short block somewhere at a reasonable price.

thats the problem everyone wants over 3000 to do that and i might as well put that down on a newer truck and i don't have the space or the tooles(it lives on the street) to swap out the engine. it good for parts most of them are six months or less old
