pcv location

Help, I need to locate the pcv on my 2003 ford 4.6. Its not in the same location as my 2000 expedition. Any ideas where to look? I looked in the same place as the exped but all I see is a big hose connected to a small plactic tube connected to the valve cover....any ideas?

It should be in the passenger side valve cover about 1/2 way back I believe.

I believe that on an 03 the PCV doesn't look like the older ones.
It looks like a plastic fitting and twists into the valve cover.

be sure to inspect the other end of the pcv tube , the rubber elbow like to crack and cause vacum leaks.

Ok...I have a 97 4.6 F150. Did you say you found it on the passenger side?
