1992 F150 Electrical???

I have a 1992 F150 5.0L and the voltage will not stay stable, like when I'm idling the blinker will not even work, I just spent $150 on a new eliminator battery, and another $255 on a ford 75 watt alternator, and nothing has helped, some insight please, I don't know what else to do?

I need some info like voltage on the battery while running and then increase RPM. What voltage when not running.

With the little info that is given it sounds like a bad engine ground.
