By clear - I guess you are looking for something to do the HID type lights. Sorry - none are made for the 95-01 years.... 
About the only way to get true HID setup is to convert your front end to a Mountaineer front clip. I don't particularly like the look, but I know a few who have done it....

Don't look for it because no one makes them. Like what CobraXP said, you can get a MM grill and headlight assemblies. But be ready to do some modifications because the grill won't be a direct fit.
