Does any one know the break point in the build numbers, when they changed to the 99.5's

I was looking more for the vehicle serial number break point A0000 - E9999.
I'm in the market for a super duty and most of the time on internet they list the vin#, but not the build date. And if they don't have a picture I can't tell.

Ford changed the turbo and air filtraion system on the psd. Plus a few other things.
