Problems with waterpump???
Do the PSDs have problems with waterpumps? I have had my PSD for under 3 weeks (74k on it when I bought it). after about 3 days I started smelling antifreeze and we finally found the waterpump barely leaking. I take it in tomorrow to be replaced, should be under warranty. But the waterpump that is on it looks newer than the rest of the engine and I've heard a couple of other people that have had leaking pumps lately. So is there something up with them?

Problems with waterpump???
There aren't any adnormal problems with the water pumps that I'm aware of. My water pump did go out in the middle of Meker Co. while I was on a hunting trip a couple years ago but the truck had around 140K on it. I considered that to be normal wear. I know at least a dozen people or more who own Power Strokes and I've never heard of any water pump failures.

Thanks. I'd consider that normal wear. I'd really consider this fair wear, but it doesn't appear to be the original waterpump and I saw a couple of people on other boards that took their's in for routine maintenance and the Mechanics found antifreeze comin' out around the waterpump and the weep hole.
I can't wait until tomorrow and it's taken care of! I love this truck!
