missing on long trip

missing on long trip
OK i just got back form a trip form Detroit to manastee Michigan. its around 250 miles one way. on the way up and the way back i got a miss every so often. i was not accelerating just crusing aorund 70mph. its the first time this truck has missed. but after the tree she pulled up hill i expected to here a few "new nosies like that stupid backing plate that "helps" 
cool the rotors all it does is gets bent and rubs against the rotor every time i take her down the 2 track (old dirt road out in the woods). so any idea why shes missing? thanks for any help

i just chaged plugs wires at 60k shes now at 71k
as for plugs there autolights i think they are dps but iam not shure.
as for the wires the regular ones form auto zone. i just ran some fuel injector cleaner though the tank before this trip. as for codes haven't got a check light on yet but i'll get it scaned at school monday
