Talking Update: 95 PSD OIL problem

Ok, last I posted I complained why some of you diesel techs didn't help as much as I thought you would or compared to others you have helped... Well, if you guys can recall I had oil consumption problem. 2 hr = 2qt gone so I wasn't in the safe zone at all. Now most said injector Oring. I went to a Ford dealership and I swear we were arguing there. I said Oring they said bring it in for a check up. I said how much for a leak down test. They spit out $600.00. I bowed down to that!!! WTF!!! So I bought the Orings...and installed them..

Before the results here is what i did WRONG. I took out an injector before draining oil and later paid a price. I did hear some oil get into the cyl, but thought maybe ok. Then I drain the oil completely as much as I can. Finished installing Oring etc etc....and put back in all done in about 8hr of back-aching work(working on big trucks sucks....hehe!!!). Started it up, but nothing just heard the starter and thats it. engine didn't move just barely flicked. kept doing it and still nothing!!! I was screwed because now I knew I really screwed things up. Drained OIL first....then took that particular injector that had oil going into the combustion chamber back out and tried to crank the oil out of the it(so yeah it was hydrolocked...correct me if i am wrong). Crank after crank, but nothing still locked. Then my bro went and cranked it, but he held onto the key and clutch. I heard something wanting to leak out badly. I look kind of close to the injector hole and BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM That was all I heard and saw a bit of fire/spark too. Before this I diabled all injectors, but forgot the glow plugs .....that was why I saw fire..it burned the excess diesel fuel that mixed with the oil. My face was covered with Oil and fuel. Didn't get burned or anything... just all oily in the face!!! It then cranked...put oil back, injector back, etc etc and stared it up, but just cranked... I think the oil mixture that was still left inside affected startup. 8cranks later it started finally!!! smoke/oil in tail pipe was ridiculous!!! Ok so this morning I took a trip out to chicago with the race car and trailer(1850lb car+1600lb trailer) and at the beginning(1st 10-15min it smoked pretty bad) then it ceased suddenly. I looked back and nothing... Parked the car in chicago(1 hr drive) and no smoke. after 5 minute of letting it idle it smoked light bluish just slightly..nothing to AWE about!!! Then I shut it off... 3hr later started it up and drove back home...Again first 10minutes bluish smoke when I boost up the turbo....Then after the 10minutes or so, I couldn't see anymore smoke!!!

Questions: Does the motor have to fully warm up??? Is it normal for it to smoke slightly at first??? Do you think oil is still cloughed in the muffler system??? Why only at the beginning of a trip does it smoke??? Oil getting in combustion chamber why idling after a trip and then after a few hours, take off onto freeway with BOOST then it burns the excess oil left by the idling until all is burned off<---sounds correct??? I am confused!!! HELP!!!
