Blessed!!

I have to start off by saying that I feel sorry for the guys having the vibe problems mentioned here, I have been there before, but I have to tell you that I am amazed with my 04 f150 4x4 lariat screw. I have been fortunate to own a lot of "new" trucks in my life and this one is probably the best quality truck I have owned so far. (5200) miles so far. Not a squeek, rattle, front end vibe, NOTHING!!!!! Not a thing wrong with the truck and I am as "picky" as anyone that I have ever known. I know the truck gets beaten up pretty good when things go wrong, but the guys with no problems tend to keep quiet. Just wanted to give some up-beat hope to any perspective '04 buyers. They are not all bad. Good luck to you guys with the problems. Hope a fix comes your way soon. THANKS & GOOD LUCK
Oh, I DO NOT WORK FOR FORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5700 mi on my 04 FX4 SCrew, love it! Not one problem or complaint. To anyone contemplating getting one I would say, take a thorough test drive under a variety of conditions and speeds and go for it!

I didn't take mine for a test drive because I ordered it. Other than a minor vibration which was taken care of by force load balancing the 18" BFGs and a throttle delay that I'm still trying to work out, the truck is a dream to drive. It road better than the loaner Taurus I had!

I have only had my truck 15 days, and it only has 500 miles on it, I really like it. As far as the vibration, shakes, I feel none. My only complaint was how easy it was to make the rear squat on my Lariat S-Crew, but $155 installed, my Timbren spring helpers took care of that issue.

I have had mine 7 months, 5000 miles and it gets better every time I drive it. 6 people have seen mine and I have given them a ride and they all went and bought one. I get a new one about every 3 years since 1985 and this by far is the best running, looking, equiped truck yet. I was a little hesitatant at the price at first and even up until the day my order came in I was questioning why I was giving up a perfectly good low mileage truck that was paid for! As soon as I drove off the lot I said to myself....AMN I am the smartest guy in the world, what a great decision!" I would recommened it to any and everyone. Also I know when you buy a new truck it should be perfect and anything less just is not right, so I hope all you folks with problems get them fixed so we can see you guys back on the road smiling like the rest of us.
