Shift kit, good/bad?
I was just about to have a shift kit installed in my 99 Mounty (4R70W)
when a few transmission shops in my area told me that they recommend against it. They told me that this transmision shifts soft (slow) because alot of things are going on from 3rd to 4th and you really don't want to cut that time down.
Comments?
