exhaust header!!??!!??
I Have Searched And Searched ,can Anyone Tell Me Who Makes A Header For An 82 F-250 300 I 6 4x4, I Have Found Them For A 150 Non 4x4, If You Know Of Who Makes One Or A Mod I Can Do Please Forward A Part # And Manufacture Of Header,or Tell Me Instructions For Mod. Gonna Be Runnin A Offy Intake With A 390cfm Holly.

Drop a pair of cast EFI exhaust manifolds on. Just about as good as a header. Get a Walker Y-pipe, or if possible from junk yard, get the exhaust pipes with the headers back to the first cat (illegal to sell cats used, FYI).
Go to a exhaust place, not a chain or such, and have them fab an exhaust for you. Should cost about $60 for the cast EFI headers, maybe $300 for the exhaust.
Dual exhaust from the split headers sounds pretty wicked, though these days sometimes folks say it sounds like a "ricer". Personally, I like to be seen, not heard.
