High idle problem

High idle problem
To start out, 93 aero*3L. When I start it up in the morning it will idle fast for awhile, then slow down like it should. Let it run warm up some and then when I put my foot on brake to release brake switch and put it in gear, as soon as I put it in gear it will speed up making it shift real hard,even does this after it is warmed up.If I drive for an hour or so then it seems to be fine, untill I shut it off for awhile(10minutes or so) then it will speed up and bang into gear very hard.It shouldnt be cold after 10 minutes. Drive it for awhile again and then it seems to be ok till I stop and shut it off again. (IAC,plugs,air filter,02sensor),havejust been replaced. I am stumpped here if any one has any ideas. It does not speed up untill I put it in gear.
