Emissions question
OK, I have to ask a dumb question. What does it mean on the new diesels (in California) when it says they come with "California Emisions package"? I crawled underneath and I think I see a Cat Converter, but I don't see any smog pump,EGR system or Vapor recovery. What is being added to "earn" this sticker of compliance?

Emissions question
There are no differences with the engine itself. The ECM is flashed with different fuel mapping to conform to California emissions laws. If there are any other differences, I don't know what they are.
