Flex-a-Lite dual fans made specifically for our trucks????
What's up guys!
Has anyone installed the new Flex-a-Lite dual fan fan setup Part # 295 ? I think they are made specifically for our trucks. They also make a bigger dual setup but I believe our radiators are to small for them.
I was thinking before the summer hits I should upgrade my (single fan) Black Magic M150.
Any thoughts?

i installed the #295 flex-a-lite last year. my fan clutch was fried, the shroud was broken and the fan slightly bent. made a lot of noise. the difference was night and day for me. way quieter and notice better throttle response and slightly better mileage. but... that could be attributed to the faulty equipment i had on it. anyway i really like the electric fan but it does suck some extra electricity. you'll want to be sure your battery is excellent and your alternator is doing its job. i have done some serious city driving as well as major hauling through hot weather and it worked awesome. the quality is excellent and there is lots of room in front of the engine now (no fan). it took all day to install myself. the instructions provided are ****ty. my rad had been upgraded to an thick aluminum one before i bought the truck so i cannot comment on the stock rads.
