Change ring and pinion

I have a 93 f-150 with 200000 miles and i stripped the ring and pinion out.Nothing else seems to be hurt in the rearend but does anyone recomend replacing anything else besides the ring and pinion?

Bearings and shims, possibly the carrier.

4Wheelparts.com usually has excellent deals on ring and pinion kits.
