Arrow 82 F 250 300 I6 t-18 trans rebuild or swappy?

As You Can See Im Lookin For Some Possible Bolt Up Swaps ,or If Im Not Gonna Gain Much From A Swap , Lookin For Some Possible Bolt On Power. This Truck Does Well In The Mud (turnin 33x 12.5x 16.5) But Of Coarse Always Lookin To Sling Some Hash With A Little More Flavor! Would A 400 Bolt Up To The T-18 Trans?? The 300 Is Gettin A Little Weak And I Looked Into Puttin On A 4 Barrel Intake With A 390 Cfm Holly Carb, Also Who Sells Aftermarket Exhaust Headers For These Little Torque Monsters?? WOULD I NEED TO PUT ON A DIFFERENT FUEL PUMP FOR THE 390 CFM CARB TO WORK,OR WILL STOCK DO THE TRICK???

As for the fuel situation you should be OK. Headers come from hedman, hooker, dynomax, clifford and pacesetter. With the 400 the trick is to find the bellhousin that goes w/ the 400 to the T-18, the 400 won't bolt on the 300 bellhousin, if I were you I'd just go 351W, that's a pretty easy swap, it bolts in where the 300 was, only w/ a different flywheel. I plan to drop a 351 in mine once my 300 blows, but that's a hard thing to do even w/ 230K. I plan on liftin mine for 35's and runnin the mud drag in the 6cyl. class, then after that's done drop in the 351. There is only like 20 pick-up's in the 6cyl. class and about 110 in the modified V-8's.
