oil weight
ok guys hope i dont get yelled at but does deal with ford that all i run-so here goes my wifes 2003 ford zx2 with 2.0 in it call for 5-20 oil that seems fine for winter but dont seem fine for summer can i go up in weight with out hurting anything and if i can what weight should i go two thanks alot guys you help me out a lot on this site -its the best on the net by far

Look at the oil chart in your owners manual and if it allows you to use a 10/30w oil, go for it.
unless it get to -20 in the winter, you can use it year round.
The thinner 0w and 5w grades are used for CAFE fuel economy standards.
