Exhaust

How difficult is it to change exhaust manifold gaskets. 1992 Ford F-150,5.8 litre. It never has been torn down. Had one cat, muffler and tail pipe replaced now passenger side exhaust manifold gasket is leaking. Is this a one day job, a whole weekend job, or longer.

It's going to be a challenge. I believe they don't use gaskets originally, if there is one someone put it there. Use lots of PB blaster on the bolts, and be prepared for it to take a lot longer than you think. You might run into a broken bolt.
