False "door ajar" indication
I have a 1999 Ranger, std cab, 4 cyl, auto, manual door locks, windows and mirrors.
I often have a false indication shown on the instrument cluster "DOOR AJAR".
( The doors are really fully shut ) Possibly related, the interior light will stay on for quite a while.
This sounds like a door switch problem, but I can not find any switch or sensor.. I also posted this on the electrical and wiring forum.
Suggestions ??
